How long does it take to ship a product?

We ship throughout the week, Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders are generally delivered within 7-10 working days in India.

How can I track status of my courier ?

Once the product is Dispatched, you will receive a mail with the tracking number, which can be used to track the Courier.

What do i do if i receive a damaged product?

In case the product is received in damaged condition or the packaging has been tempered, Please contact us immediately on contact@akkaara.co.in or whatsapp us on +918459285368. Do mention your Order ID.

My order is being delayed even though it was dispatched on time by Akkaara. What should i do?

Once the product has left our warehouse, Akkaara will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our third-party delivery partners. In such cases, do get in touch with us on contact@akkaara.co.in or whatsapp us on +918459285368 and we will try to resolve the issue to the best of our ability and get the order to you at the earliest.

Do you deliver to Post Box address?
