What is return policy of Akkaara?
We do not have change of mind policy. If you receive a damaged or faulty product please lodge a return by emailing us the images on contact@akkaara.co.in, or whatsapp us on +918459285368 within 14 days of receipt. Send the item back to us in the original condition received. We will initiate the transfer within 10 working of receiving the product. Postage and handelling should be arranged and paid by the customer.
Products may be fragile, please make sure to securely pack it as no refund would be initiated if the returned item is received in the damaged condition
